2. Ordering
Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation contains all the details about the products, price, billing address, and delivery address. If there is anything wrong with the order confirmation, please contact us immediately by email at info@isbad.se.
3. Delivery
Our normal delivery times are 1-2 days. Please note! Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on the following Monday at the earliest. If there are any delays in delivery (without us having notified you of a longer delivery time), please contact us at the following email address: info@isbad.se.
4. Prices
All prices in the store are listed in SEK and all prices include 25% VAT. We reserve the right to change prices due to price changes by suppliers, misprints in the price list, and pricing errors due to incorrect information, and we reserve the right to adjust prices accordingly.
5. Right of withdrawal
When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which applies from the moment you receive an item you have ordered. The right of withdrawal only applies to products in unopened packaging for a full refund.
5.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal:
You must notify us that you wish to cancel. The notification should be sent to us at info@isbad.seYour message must clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and which items are being returned. You must return the products to us immediately and no later than 14 days after the cancellation notice. You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products when returning them, so the products should be sent well-packaged and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value compared to the original value of the goods in the case of used or damaged products from the refund amount.
5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
Products that have been sealed (sealed) for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal (sealing) has been broken by you. Products that are sealed audio or video recordings and where the seal has been broken by you. Custom-made products that have been tailored specifically for you or have a clear personal touch according to your wishes. Services that have been performed and where you have expressly agreed to the service being started without the right of withdrawal. Goods that can quickly deteriorate, such as food. Single issues of newspapers or magazines.
6. Complaints and claims
We inspect all products before they are sent to you. However, if the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered when it arrives, we undertake to rectify the fault free of charge in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item. The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered to info@isbad.se.
6.1 How do you handle complaints?
Any faults or defects must always be reported to info@isbad.se where you state your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the defect. If we are unable to remedy the defect or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We will cover any return shipping costs for approved complaints. We reserve the right to reject a complaint if it turns out that the item is not defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. For complaints, we follow the guidelines of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints.
7. Limitation of liability
We accept no responsibility for indirect damage that may arise due to the product. We accept no responsibility for delays/errors resulting from circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include, for example, labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or non-delivery from suppliers. Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product characteristics that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.
8. Product information
We reserve the right to correct any printing errors on this website and to finalize sales of products. We cannot guarantee that the images accurately reflect the appearance of the products, as there may be slight color differences depending on the monitor, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to display the products as accurately as possible.

The information is stored in order to complete the purchase and to protect the parties against fraud. The payment providers (payment services) we use are: Klarna, Swish, Credit Card, Bitcoin.

In order to deliver your orders and fulfill our agreement, we must share specific information with the shipping company. Your email address and/or mobile phone number may also be shared with the shipping company for notification purposes. The shipping companies we work with are: DHL, Postnord.

Residents of EU countries other than Sweden can submit complaints online via the European Commission's dispute resolution platform. In the event of a dispute, we will comply with the decision of the ARN or equivalent dispute resolution body. Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
