PRODUCTS
ISBAD Basic holds about 300 liters of water. The dimensions of the barrel are 75 cm in diameter and 67 cm in height.
ISBAD Lyx holds about 300 liters of water. The dimensions of the barrel are 75 cm in diameter and 75 cm in height.
ISBAD Premium holds about 300 liters of water. The dimensions of the barrel are 75 cm in diameter and 75 cm in height. These are the same dimensions as its little brother ISBAD Lyx, but it also includes a lid, all-weather cover and bag.
We have different barrels with different properties. The barrels themselves do not cool water, but the insulating material the barrels are made of keeps your water cold for longer. For cooling water, you need to supplement with other equipment such as a machine/cooler, read more about these products here.

The lifespan of the barrels depends on how you care for and use the barrel. With careful use, the barrel will serve you pleasant coolness for a long time. Be careful not to use force on the barrel and to empty it of water at temperatures below 0 degrees in winter.
Taking ice baths has several health benefits. They help reduce muscle inflammation and soreness after intense exercise, speeding up recovery. In addition, ice baths improve circulation by causing blood vessels to contract and then expand, reducing swelling.
Exposure to the cold can also strengthen mental endurance and resilience, which is beneficial for athletes and others alike. Finally, regular ice baths can activate the parasympathetic nervous system, helping the body to relax and reduce stress levels.
How often you should take ice baths and how cold the water should be can vary depending on individual goals and tolerance. In general, it is recommended to take ice baths at least 2-3 times a week to reap the health benefits without overloading the body.
The water temperature should be between 10-15 degrees to be effective yet safe. Each session can last between 5-15 minutes, but it is important to listen to your body's signals and avoid discomfort or injury.
ISBAD PRO is available in several different designs. You first choose a barrel that suits you, available in several sizes: ISBAD PRO 170, ISBAD PRO 150 and ISBAD PRO 135. Then you choose the appropriate machine to filter and cool the water in the barrel. Our smaller ice baths such as ISBAD Premium, ISBAD Lyx or ISBAD Basic is 75 cm in diameter so perfectly ok to bathe for most normally built people.
You don't need ice, for most people the cold water you get from the tap is enough, which can be as low as 4 degrees in winter and somewhere between 10 and 15 degrees in summer in Sweden. If you want it colder than that, you can add some ice or cold packs. Alternatively, you can invest in a cooler to keep your water cold and clean, read more here.

DO NOT USE if you are pregnant, have heart disease or high blood pressure, have diabetes, complications such as neuropathy or retinal damage, have a pacemaker, have had frostbite, have an open wound, have had recent surgery, have epilepsy or any other health problems or risks.
Ice bathing can dramatically lower your core body temperature. The immersion in cold water causes blood vessels to constrict and reduces blood flow around the body, which combined with health complications can cause your blood pressure to rise and increase your risk of cardiac arrest or stroke.
SIDE EFFECTS
The most noticeable side effect of an ice bath is feeling intense cold, but other side effects of staying in an ice bath for too long include: hypothermia, frostbite, tachycardia (rapid heartbeat), arrhythmias (irregular heartbeat), allergic reactions and anaphylactic shock.

Our delivery time is normally 1-3 working days on stock items.
The delivery time starts counting from the day after your order.
NOTE! Delivery time may take a little longer during the summer due to vacation times
Your package is normally sent by DHL to a pick-up point near you. You then collect your ISBAD at your convenience.
If you did not have time to pick up your package, you can contact us at info@isbad.se and we will send it out again. Any additional fees will be charged on the original invoice.
If you do not collect your package, we charge a fee of SEK 150 to cover the costs of the handling that arises (return shipping, shipping costs, etc.). The shipment stays with the agent for 14 days before being returned to us. Therefore, please note that if you regret a purchase and want to return the item, you will first need to collect the package and then return it as described. Packages you do not collect are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
We will send you a link with your transport confirmation where you can track your package. If you cannot find it, please contact our customer service at info@isbad.se. You can also track your package if you have a tracking number available at DHL.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return the item to us for a full refund. Products must be in the same condition as you received them, unused and with all labels and packaging. Please use our sizing guides before placing an order to ensure you get the right size. This will help us reduce the number of shipments and the impact on the environment, thank you!
If you have received a damaged product, return the product in the same way you received it and then file a claim at info@isbad.se.
You can return an item up to 14 days after purchase.
The product must be unused and have all labels attached.
The refund will be made using the payment method you chose at the time of purchase.
You are responsible for the return shipping when returning, in the event of a complaint, any shipping costs will also be refunded as long as you have chosen standard shipping.
You, the customer, are responsible for the goods until they arrive at our warehouse.
The right of return does not apply to products that cannot be resold for health or hygiene reasons. This includes, for example, underwear, swimwear, etc.
We charge a fee of SEK 139 for returns for shipping and administration costs (the fee may vary during sales or on specific products, the information is then on each individual product).
Yes, you can cancel your purchase within 14 days under the right of withdrawal.
Specially ordered, assembled or customized products are not fully refundable. The refund is reduced to cover assembly, customization and administrative costs. This can mean that up to 10-30% of the total amount is deducted depending on how far the process has gone.
For products delivered assembled, there is an additional cost for mileage and labor in case of a return. These costs will be deducted from the refund.
We currently do not handle any exchanges, if you want to exchange an item, return it and then place a new order for the desired item on the website.
No, the right of withdrawal only applies to products in unbroken packaging and in new condition.
We offer a 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering production defects. The manufacturer warrants the product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Defects arising from use are not covered by the warranty.
PAYMENT
You can pay with your credit card, debit card, via Klarna or Swish. Soon you will also be able to pay with Bitcoin.
Yes, if you choose to pay with Klarna, you decide how and when you want to pay for your ISBAD.
The easiest way is to do it via Klarna's app, if it doesn't work, it's a matter you take up with Klarna.
If you have chosen Klarna for your payment, we will refund via Klarna, if you have chosen Swish, we will Swish back and if you paid by debit or credit card, the money will be sent back to you via Stripe.
